2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (NIV) says:

 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.”

Music to me has been the vehicle God has used to bring comfort. Through life’s journey we face many situations that bring joy, laughter and happiness. However, there are times we also experience pain, disappointment and sorrow. In these times, God through music has brought me much comfort.

Now through the music God has given me, I have the opportunity to share the same comfort I have received to those who hear it. Whether singing at a Christian Coffeehouse night, leading worship at a retreat event, sharing special music in churches or wherever an opportunity presents itself, I am thankful to be able to share this comfort.
